Even in normal times our bespoke trips are all about flexibility, however during the current situation we promise to provide even more assurance.  

Refunds

During the height of the pandemic we refunded 100% of COVID related cancellations.  We will always try to achieve this for you.  We are only able to offer you what our suppliers or partners refund us.  If a particular supplier’s terms don’t allow for a full refund we will make you aware prior to booking with us.

Postponements

For all bookings where we cannot fulfil the trip we will postpone your trip at no extra charge and with complete flexibility.  If there is a chance our partner or supplier is less flexible on postponements we will discuss with you in detail before booking.
